We want to share an awesome update story from one of the recipients of last year’s Christmas Offering. In 2021, one of our Here, Near, and Far projects was helping Hippo Valley Christian Mission launch a new school in Zimbabwe called Living Proof High School. Last January, we were able to send them $40,000 to continue working on this construction project. Please join us in celebrating that on Tuesday, December 10th they opened for their first day of school. It is encouraging to know that our generosity here is making an eternal difference all the way over in Zimbabwe. Thank you for your generosity through our most recent 2022 Christmas Offering and for your continued generosity as we get started in 2023.

Aruamu Bible Translation Completion
At Mt. Gilead Church, we enjoy partnering with several ministries serving around the world. We are excited to share an amazing celebration with Maclain and Kaitlin Silvey who serve with Pioneer Bible Translators in Papua New Guinea in the South Pacific. Mac and Kaitlin grew up here at Mt. Gilead, and your consistent generosity helps support their work translating scripture into native languages.
